This allows a user to manually unenrol themselves from a course in
which they were previously manually enrolled via Course navigation >
More > Unenrol me from this course
This capability is not set for any of the default roles
To allow students to unenrol themselves from courses which they were
previously manually enrolled in, the capability must be set to "allow"
for the student role via Administration > Site Administration >
Users > Permissions > Define roles.
